How well we see, is most often an indicator of our personal fitness and overall health. Our levels of stress and changes in our body can also affect our sight. As we get older, most of us begin to notice a decrease in vision or some form of vision blur.
Improving our vision is possible and if we can learn how we see and how images are internalized, we can ultimately learn how to improve our sight. As we take the necessary steps to improve our vision, we become more aware of the movement of our eyes and how we view the things around us. Our awareness of eyestrain will also become heightened.
Unfortunately, some of us have become too dependent upon vision aids like contact lenses magnifiers and reading glasses and by doing so, our vision often times deteriorates dramatically . Surely, our dependency upon glasses or lenses, makes us nearly blind without them.
